Members of MPC from all corners of the world who love to encourage each other to meet our step, workout, and lifestyle goals through fun challenges. Our motto is, “One step at a time…” because that’s how we get things done!

All devices are welcome! Our dedicated team of admins create daily, workweek, weekend, monthly, and quarterly challenges on the Fitbit app for those with Fitbit devices and on the Stridekick app for those with Garmin, Apple Watches, and other step tracking devices.
