Gardening, whether ornamental or for fresh food, is a great way to extend a Peaker workout. Being outdoors and connecting with the earth is great for both mind and body - building flexibility, core strength, and stamina while also tending your spirit.

In a time when the human family seems to be losing its connection to (and respect for) nature, this group would be an opportunity for Peakers to contribute again to improving the world!
